In order to provide you with the quickest and most convenient system of delivering you to your destination, our routing offers front-door scheduled service to a number of hotels in downtown Toronto that are in close proximity to major attractions, the financial district, the theatre district, Union Station, the Bus Terminal, the subway system and the Metro Toronto Convention Centre.

Downtown Toronto:

• U of T Residence (Metropolitan Hotel) – Pick up in front of 89 Chestnut Street
• Toronto Coach Terminal – Pick up on the NE corner of Edward Street and Elizabeth Street
• Delta Chelsea Hotel – Pick up on Gerrard Street
• Bond Place – Pick up on Bond Street
• Sheraton Centre (Hilton Hotel) – Pick up on Richmond Street
• Hyatt Regency Toronto on King (Global Village Backpackers/Hilton Garden Inn)
  – Pick up on NW corner of King Street and Peter Street, in front of Shoppers Drug Mart
• Intercontinental Toronto Centre Hotel (Metro Toronto Convention Centre) – Pick up on Front Street

Customer Service locations have been strategically placed for ease of passenger travel throughout the airport. Each Customer Service Representative has the knowledge of Toronto and is able to assist you with information and advice on how to get to your final destinations.

At the Airport:

• Terminal 1
  AE Customer Service is located on the Arrivals Level Curbside Post C. Bus departs from Posts B and E.
