- What methods of payments does Toronto Airport Express accept?
- Payment is accepted in the following forms: Online - Credit Card Only (5% discount); Airport Express Drivers – Cash*, Credit Card; Airport Express Connect Drivers - Debit Card, Credit Card, No Cash; Customer Service Booths – Cash*, Debit Card, Credit Card.
* please note that exact change is required
- Can I purchase tickets from the driver?
- Yes, you may, but we recommend purchasing your tickets in advance from a CSR or online (5% discount offered on online purchases). Note that Airport Express Connect van drivers only accept debit and credit cards (no cash).
- Do you accept American Money?
- Yes.
- Are reservations needed for your service?
- Toronto Airport Express: No reservations are required. Simply purchase your transportation online or in person to the driver or customer service representative.
Airport Express Connect: Yes, reservations can be made online or by phone.
Online reservations: To make an online reservation, please visit www.airportexpressconnect.ca . Online reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Phone reservations: Call 1-855-595-5559 to make a telephone reservation. Phone reservations may be made 2 hours in advance.
- Can I bring my pet on the bus?
- You may bring a pet onboard Toronto Airport Express and Airport Express Connect, provided you follow certain criteria:
- Pets must be housed in a proper pet carrier or kennel
- Combined weight of the animal and the carrier can not exceed 22kg
- Pet must remain inside the kennel for the duration of the trip
- Pet must ride in coach with the owner
- It is the Pet Owners responsibility to load the Pet on to the Coach
- The max. size of the pet carrier or kennel that can be taken onboard is 2’ x 3’
- Can I bring a bike onboard?
- Yes, providing it is packaged bikes can be brought along on Toronto Airport Express. However, bikes are not permitted onboard Airport Express Connect.

- Where does Toronto Airport Express travel to?
- Toronto Airport Express travels between Lester B. Pearson International Airport and nine downtown Toronto locations
- Where does Airport Express Connect travel to?
- Airport Express Connect travels between our downtown connection location and downtown locations within the following boundaries: West – Spadina Ave., North – College St. /Carlton St., East – Jarvis Street, South – Queen’s Quay
- Are there student/seniors discounts for your service?
- Yes there is a discount fare for seniors (65 years of age) and students (valid student ID required) travelling one-way with Toronto Airport Express. However, there is no discount for the Airport Express Connect service
- What is the difference between Toronto Airport Express and Airport Express Connect?
- Toronto Airport Express: Toronto Airport Express provides scheduled shuttle bus transportation service between select downtown Toronto and Lester B. Pearson International Airport. While onboard passengers can enjoy a series of amenities and benefits including: onboard Wifi connectivity, laptop plug-ins, comfortable leather seating and an onboard washroom. All Toronto Airport Express shuttle buses are fully accessible for the physically challenged.
Airport Express Connect:
Airport Express Connect is a passenger van service that connects off-route Toronto Airport Express downtown hotels to Lester B. Pearson International Airport. Airport Express Connect service is provided on-demand. Van passengers transfer to the luxury Toronto Airport Express shuttle bus at the Downtown Connection location.
- If I do not use my ticket, can I have a refund?
- Tickets are non-refundable but are valid for use within the following timelines (without needing to re-book): One-ride = 1 month from date of travel, Return and Multi-ride = 90 days from date of travel, 10-Ride Books = one year from date of purchase. Airport Express Connect passengers will need to cancel and re-book their reservation.
- Do children have to buy tickets?
- Children 11 years of age when traveling with a paying Adult travel free of charge.
- How much luggage am I allowed to bring?
- Currently we have no restrictions on luggage. Each piece of luggage cannot exceed 22kg.
- What do I do if I leave something on the bus?
- You can contact our lost and found department at 905-564-3232.
- How early should I leave for the airport to catch my flight?
- Check with your Airline for current guidelines then add the appropriate travel time from Downtown.
- What if my plane is late?
- Reservations are not required for Toronto Airport Express, you can simply take the next scheduled service departure. In regards to Airport Express Connect, please contact 1-855-595-5559 to update your reservation.
- Where do I go to find Airport Express once I have deplaned?

- Are you open on Christmas Day?
- Yes, our scheduled service operates 365 days a year.
- Are fares cheaper on our website?
- Yes.
- Are gratuities included in the cost?
- No. Gratuities can be given directly to your driver.
