- Can I purchase tickets from the driver?
- Yes, you may, but we recommend purchasing your tickets in advance from a CSR or online (10% discount offered on online purchases).
- How much luggage am I allowed to bring?
- Currently we have no restrictions on luggage.
- Can I bring my pet on the bus?
- You may bring your pet onto the bus, provided you follow certain criteria:
- Pets must be housed in a proper pet carrier or kennel
- Combined weight of the animal and the carrier can not exceed 50 pounds
- Pet must remain inside the kennel for the duration of the trip
- Pet must ride in coach in coach with the owner
- It is the Pet Owners responsibility to load the Pet on to the Coach
- Can I bring a bike?
- Yes, providing it is packaged.
- How often do you leave Yorkdale? (also Islington, York Mills and Kipling)
- Airport Express operates scheduled service between Lester B. Pearson International Airport and select hotels in downtown Toronto. Contact GO Transit for their schedule departing Yorkdale Subway/Bus Terminal.
- Do I have to have exact change if I pay the driver? Do you take credit cards?
- Our drivers can provide change and they do accept credit cards. Drivers presently cannot accept debit cards, however our customer service representatives located in designated areas throughout the airport can.
- Do you only service the hotels listed, or would you do others by special arrangement?
- Hotels noted on our schedule are serviced on either a 20 or 30 minute service. For large groups, special arrangements can be made.
- What age qualifies as a senior?
- 65 years of age.
- Do I have to make a reservation?
- No. Our busses come by the listed locations automatically.
- If I do not use my ticket, can I have a refund?
- Tickets are non-refundable but are valid for use within the following timelines (without needing to re-book): One-ride = 1 month from date of travel, Return and Multi-ride = 90 days from date of travel, 10-Ride Books = one year from date of purchase.
- Do you accept American Money?
- Yes.
- Do children have to buy tickets?
- Children 11 years of age when traveling with a paying Adult travel free of charge.
- Who qualifies for a discount?
- Discounts are available for any employee of Lester B. Pearson International Airport, seniors and students.
- What do I do if I leave something on the bus?
- You can contact our lost and found department at 905-564-3232.
- How early should I leave for the airport to catch my flight?
- Check with your Airline for current guidelines then add the appropriate travel time from Downtown.
- What if my plane is late?
- Reservations are not required as vehicles depart the Airport either every 20 or 30 minutes, so you can simply take the next scheduled service departure.
- Where do I go to find Airport Express once I have deplaned?
- For Arrivals...
T1 – Proceed to curbside area B3 and E1
T3 – Proceed to curbside Customer Service located at Area #25
- Are you open on Christmas Day?
- Yes, our scheduled service operates 365 days a year.
- Are fares cheaper on our website?
- Yes.
- Are gratuities included in the cost?
- No. Gratuities can be given directly to your driver.
