  • What methods of payments does Toronto Airport Express accept?
  • Payment is accepted in the following forms: Online - Credit Card Only; Airport Express Drivers – Credit Card; Customer Service Booths – Cash*, Debit Card, Credit Card.
  • Where can I purchase tickets?
  • If you are coming from the airport you can visit our booths at both Terminals 1 and 3 arrival levels. You may also purchase them here on our website.
  • * please note that you will need to print out your confirmation number if purchasing online - otherwise write it down and present it to the driver.
  • Can I purchase tickets from the driver?
  • Yes, you may, but we recommend purchasing your tickets in advance from a CSR or online. Driver accept only credit cards for payment.
  • Do you accept American Money?
  • Yes, only at our customer service booth at the airport.
  • Are reservations needed for your service?
  • No reservations are required. Simply purchase your transportation online or in person to the driver or customer service representative.
  • Can I bring my pet on the bus?
  • You may bring a pet onboard Toronto Airport Express, provided you follow certain criteria:
    1. Pets must be housed in a proper pet carrier or kennel
    2. Combined weight of the animal and the carrier can not exceed 23kg
    3. Pet must remain inside the kennel for the duration of the trip
    4. Pet must ride in coach with the owner
    5. It is the Pet Owners responsibility to load the Pet on to the Coach
    6. The max. size of the pet carrier or kennel that can be taken onboard is 2’ x 3’
  • Can I bring a wheelchair onboard?
  • Yes, providing it meets the following specifications:
    1. Maximum length - 48 in. (1219 mm)
    2. Maximum width - 31.7 in. (806 mm)
    3. Maximum load capacity for lift - 660 lbs (300 kg)
  • Can I bring a bike onboard?
  • Yes, providing it is packaged bikes can be brought along on Toronto Airport Express.
  • What hours of the day does Toronto Airport Express operate?
  • Travelling to Lester B. Pearson International Airport from downtown Toronto: Please refer to our schedule for exact departure times from each location
  • Where does Toronto Airport Express travel to?
  • Toronto Airport Express travels between Lester B. Pearson International Airport and eight downtown Toronto locations
  • Are there student/seniors discounts for your service?
  • Yes there is a discount fare for seniors (65 years of age) and students (valid student ID required) travelling one-way with Toronto Airport Express.
  • If I do not use my ticket, can I have a refund?
  • Tickets are non-refundable but are valid for use within the following timelines (without needing to re-book). All tickets are valid until October 31, 2014.
  • Do children have to buy tickets?
  • Children under 11 years of age when traveling with a paying Adult travel free of charge (maximum 3 children).
  • How much luggage am I allowed to bring?
  • Currently we have no restrictions on luggage. Each piece of luggage cannot exceed 23kg.
  • What are your baggage liability restrictions?
  • We regret that we are unable to accept liability for carry-on baggage brought onto our buses.

    Maximum baggage liability in the event of lost, stolen or damaged goods or personal baggage is $100.00. Any damage or loss must be reported to P.W. Transportation Ltd. on the day of arrival otherwise P.W. Transportation Ltd. is not liable.

  • What do I do if I leave something on the bus?
  • You can contact our lost and found department at 905-564-3232.
  • How early should I leave for the airport to catch my flight?
  • Check with your Airline for current guidelines then add the appropriate travel time from Downtown.
  • What if my plane is late?
  • Reservations are not required for Toronto Airport Express, you can simply take the next scheduled service departure.
  • Where do I go to find Airport Express once I have deplaned?
  • T1 – just outside door C on arrivals level
    T3 – Post #25-26 area at Terminal 3
  • Are you open on Christmas Day?
  • Yes, our scheduled service operates 365 days a year.
  • Are gratuities included in the cost?
  • No. Gratuities can be given directly to your driver.
