For nearly two decades Toronto Airport Express has been your premier carrier from downtown Toronto to and from the Lester B. Pearson Airport. Whether you are a single individual or a large group, we can accommodate your airport transportation needs. Our convenient services get you to and from the airport in style.

Toronto Airport Express (Main Bus Service) – a regularly scheduled motor coach transportation from 6 downtown locations directly to the airport. We are fully accessible for those with physical challenges and we operate 7 days a week, 20 hours per day throughout the year. We depart every 30 minutes from the following locations:

  • Westin Harbour Castle
  • Fairmont Royal York (Union Station, The Strathoona Hotel)
  • Sheraton Centre
  • Delta Chelsea
  • Bus Terminal (Elizabeth St & St. Edward St.)
  • Metropolitan Hotel, U of T Residence
The motorcoach provides comfortable leather seats, laptop plug-ins, onboard Wi-Fi connectivity, and an onboard washroom for our passengers' comfort. We also pay a great deal of attention to safety and utilize a fully integrated safety management plan as well as individual seat restraints. We also pride ourselves on being environmentally responsible.

Toronto Airport Express (Main Van Service) – a regularly scheduled van transfers from the Westin Harbour Castle to the following hotels:
  • Bond Place Hotel
  • Hyatt Regency
  • Intercontinental Hotel
Airport Express Connect On-Demand Services – is a luxury van service that provides transportation throughout the downtown areas of Toronto that are not serviced by our Toronto Airport Express scheduled services. We transport passengers directly from their hotels to the nearest Downtown Connection Location. A single transfer is made to the Toronto Airport Express motor coach and passengers are taken to the airport. In reverse, we can pick you or your party up at the Downtown Connection Locations and transport you directly to your hotel. This service is operated 15 hours daily, 7 days per week during the entire year.

May 8, 2013 | SERVICE NOTICE

No service to Royal York effective 4:15 pm today.

 

May 6, 2013 | SERVICE NOTICE

Due to high traffic volumes and pedestrian traffic downtown at York and Bremner Blvd for the Toronto Maple Leafs Hockey game, we will re-route our Airport buses away from the area to try and avoid delays. Effective 4:15 PM today, no pick ups at the Royal York hotel, Caseys area. All Passengers must walk to the Intercontinental hotel pick up, just west of Caseys.

 

May 3, 2013 | SERVICE NOTICE

Expect major delays on SUNDAY MAY 5TH due to the Toronto Marathon. NO SERVICE to Hyatt Regency(Shoppers) between 8:10 AM to 4:10 PM. Passengers will need to walk to the Sheraton Centre hotel on Richmond St. NO SERVICE to the Fairmont Royal York hotel between 8:15 AM to 4:15 PM. Passengers will need to walk 1 block to the Intercontinental hotel on Front St.

 

April 26, 2013 | SERVICE NOTICE

There is NO SERVICE to UofT/Metropolitan Hotel and Sheraton Centre hotel on Saturday April 27th between 11am - 2pm due to a parade. Passengers must walk to the Bus Terminal from UofT/Metro and the Royal York from Sheraton. Expect delays and allow extra time for travel.

 

April 18, 2013 | SERVICE NOTICE

There is NO Service to Intercontinental hotel this Friday, April 19th from 18:00 to 9AM Sunday April 21st due to a road closure for a street event. Our closest alternative stop is near the Fairmont Royal York, South West corner of Front St. and York in front of CASEY's RESTAURANT.

 

April 3, 2013 | SERVICE NOTICE

Construction has cleared at the Bus Terminal, our sign identifying pick up location times is no longer visible but will soon be replaced. Please note that the bus will stop on Elizabeth St. near the public parking area.

 

January 4th, 2013 | NEW SCHEDULE & SERVICE

In order to improve service and timeliness, Toronto Airport Express will be launching a new 30 minute van schedule starting January 5th. The original schedule varies a little from the previous version and accounts for the increase in traffic congestion within Toronto.
